When contacting us
A few clear, non-sensitive details help us understand your question and diagnose a problem. If you are reporting an issue, include:

- Your Windows version, if relevant and you know it.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- The exact error message, if one appeared, with any sensitive details removed.
- A screenshot, if useful, after checking it for sensitive or personal information.
You do not need technical language. Describe the steps you took in your own words and explain where you got stuck. If we need more details to understand the issue, we may ask follow-up questions.
